\nElevate is recruiting an Analyst- Legal Operation to join Elevate as part of Law Firm Operations. As an Analyst- Legal Operations, you will use your excellent attention to detail and prior experiences to implement legal operations services for our customers. You will be called upon to provide operational support for customers, collecting data in the context of legal matters, while maintaining compliance with their litigation handling guidelines under tight deadlines. As the process matures, you will help develop best practices, train new team members, and support customers in more advanced legal operations procedures. Your success in this role may lead to other Legal Operations opportunities within the department.

\nSpecifically, the Analyst will\n\n\t- Manage shared service desk mailboxes, including vendor onboarding, payment inquiries, matter management, and conflict waivers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.\n\t
- Review and process high volumes of legal invoices, including US and international billing compliance checks, in accordance with client guidelines and policies.\n\t
- Handle payment-related inquiries with strict adherence to 1-day SLA timelines, ensuring prompt resolution for both internal stakeholders and external vendors.\n\t
- Administer and support timekeeper management and rate increase requests, ensuring compliance with agreed billing structures and approvals.\n\t
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.\n\t
- Serve as a key point of contact for global clients and vendors, managing communications and resolving queries effectively and professionally.\n\t
- Process and manage high-volume matters, including collecting and validating critical data across multiple client systems.\n\t
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control in all deliverables while maintaining high professional service standards.\n\t
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\n\t
- Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively challenge existing workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.\n\t
- Work independently with minimal supervision, showing ownership and accountability for tasks and outcomes.\n\t
- Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and workflows, demonstrating a continuous learning mindset.\n\t
- Utilize analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making in legal operations processes.\n

\nSkills for Success\n\n\n\t- Have experience in legal operations, collection, and production of documents/information in the context of litigation. \n\t

\nExperience\n\n\n\t- 3 - 5years of work experience, preferably in legal operations, Service Desk (Shared Mailbox), and data collection.\n\t
- Prior experience as a paralegal, legal operations associate, or legal bill review analyst is a plus.\n\t
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.\n
\n
\nQualifications \n\n\n\t- Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Law graduate from a recognized university or relevant work experience in a relevant industry.\n
