These roles are ideal for professionals with early career experience who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to leverage Elevate's ELMA tool, AI tools, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and support case management activities.\n<ul>\n\t<li><strong>These roles are remote-based in the Eastern or Central time zones</strong>\n\t<li><strong>40 hours/week for three months, with the possibility of extending or changing to permanent roles. </strong>\n</ul>\n<br>\n<strong>Specifically, the Project Assistants will</strong>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Perform day-to-day administrative and paralegal support tasks for litigation operations.\n\t<li>Review and monitor court dockets for updates, deadlines, and required actions.\n\t<li>Utilize Elevate's ELMA and other AI-enabled tools to process and customize pleadings and legal documents.\n\t<li>Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.\n\t<li>Schedule and track depositions, hearings, court deadlines, and case milestones.\n\t<li>Maintain accurate case information and documentation in designated systems.\n\t<li>Assist with document preparation, organization, and management throughout the litigation lifecycle.\n\t<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.\n\t<li>Support reporting and tracking of operational and case-related metrics.\n\t<li>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through technology and automation.\n</ul>\n<strong>Experience</strong>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>1+ years of experience in legal operations, litigation support or similar legal environment support, paralegal services, administrative operations, or a related field.\n\t<li>Exposure to legal documentation, court procedures, docket management, or litigation support activities is preferred.\n\t<li>Familiarity with case management systems, workflow tools, or legal technology platforms.\n\t<li>Experience using AI-powered tools and automation solutions preferred.\n\t<li>US litigation processes knowledge required.\n</ul>\n<strong>Skills for Success</strong>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\t<li>Effective organizational and time-management skills.\n\t<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\n\t<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\t<li>Basic understanding of legal documentation and case management.\n\t<li>Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and AI-enabled tools.\n</ul>\n<strong>Technical Skills</strong> <strong>Qualifications</strong>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.\n</ul>\n<strong>Compensation</strong>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>The pay rate for this remote-based temporary role is $25 - $30/hour.\n</ul>\n \n\n<p><strong>About Us</strong><br>\nElevate is an expert-led, AI-powered global law company with over 2,200 employees.
